Man of the Match: Yeovil Town (Away)

The Silkmen picked up a HUGE 3 points on Saturday as first half strikes from James Pearson and Harry Smith meant that the Moss Rose club would be leaving Yeovil Town’s Huish Park with a valuable 2-0 win. There were many great performances from the Macc lads at the weekend, however who was your stand out Silkmen performer?

Update following Milton Keynes Dons (Home)

Macclesfield Town took the lead in the 19th minute through a Nathan Cameron effort, only for this to be ruled out shortly before the half-time interval as the visiting side snatched a equaliser from a corner and this turned the tie on its head as a further two goals from the Dons meant that the Buckinghamshire club would be leaving the Moss Rose with a 3-1 victory. As we asked for your Silkmen Man of the Match following this game, there were votes for Zak Jules, James Pearson and Harry Smith. However for this game, there were two Macc Town players sharing the number of votes. Therefore step forward Nathan Cameron and Kieran O’Hara and congratulations to the pair of you!
