The Silkmen picked up a huge three points against the Mariners of Grimsby Town as first half strikes from Tyrone Marsh and Scott Wilson meant that the Moss Rose club left Blundell Park with a 2-0 victory. In one of our most impressive displays this season, there were a number of contenders for the Silkmen Man of the Match. It was a day to forget for the Silkmen as The Robins swooped once again in injury time to break our hearts. Despite the fact that it made the January blues even worse, that did not stop you from voting for your Man of the Match. Koby Arthur and Nathan Cameron were seen to be the Silkmen’s key man by some Star Lane End members, however for producing a string a brilliant saves throughout the match, the Star Lane End Man of the Match for this game is Kieran O’Hara! Well done Kieran and keep on impressing the Silkmen faithful between the sticks!
