Macclesfield Town left Buckinghamshire empty handed as Milton Keynes Dons picked up a 2-0 win to send them top of the table, and left The Silkmen stuck at the bottom of League 2. There were signs of improvement performance wise, as players who had been watching from the sidelines over recent weeks and months made their long awaited return to The Silkmen starting eleven, hoping to steer the Moss Rose side to their second league victory of the season. Sadly, it wasn’t meant to be, however which player put in a wholehearted performance for our beloved club, showing the 237 loyal, visiting supporters that they want to do everything they can to turn our fortunes around for the 28 league games that remain this season?
