Blissett’s Red Card Rescinded

Nathan Blissett’s red card at Ebbsfleet on Saturday has been successfully appealed against by the club.

The dismissal occurred in the 73rd minute, for an innocuous challenge on Fleet defender Dave Winfield.

Referee Paul Marsden eventually brandished the red card after consultation with Fourth Official David Spain, yet this has today been rescinded by the National League.

Nathan will now be eligible to face Boreham Wood tomorrow and is all set to play a crucial role in the four remaining games of this epic season.
