Man Of The Match : Chester (H)

Following on from Monday’s 1 – 0 victory over Chester at the Moss Rose, SLE readers have been busy voting for their Man of the Match.

An incredible nine of the starting eleven received nominations, which exemplifies the team spirit within the squad as the season ebbs towards it’s conclusion.

Nathan Blissett, Callum Evans and Danny Whitaker all registered 4% of the votes cast, whilst goalscorer Danny Whitehead received 8%.

Mitch Hancox, George Pilkington and Jared Hodgkiss all received 12%, with Shwan Jalal notching up 16% as he made some phenomenal saves during the game.

The winner with 28% of the total votes cast is the monumental Keith Lowe – who not only proved to by a rock in the heart of our defence yet again, but also dazzled us with some nifty footwork in the first half!
